Microsoft To-Do is available in the Microsoft Store on Windows, on the web, iOS App Store and the Google Play Store. Step progress can be tracked similarly to normal tasks. It also appears that the default 'To-Do' list cannot be shared only user-added lists can be shared.įinally, by clicking the sharing icon in future, there is an option to limit the list to existing users or to stop sharing the list completely. Then click the plus button and give a name to the public folder. If you're using a personal Microsoft account, lists can only be shared with other personal accounts. Microsoft to do share group how to#
The invitation is a link, so it can be shared with other users in your organisation via email, text, etc. This is the reverse of How to Convert o365 Group to Security Group. This list shows all the groups you belong to and the forms owned within those groups. To see the form in the group for which you moved it to, select the back arrow on your My forms page, and then scroll down to the bottom of your page to see My groups.
You can then send an invitation to others to join the list. Choose the group you want to move your form to, and then select Move.
Once the sharing menu opens, select Create Invitation Link > Copy Link, then paste the sharing link in your favorite email or messenger app to send to your collaborators. Open Microsoft To-Do > open a list > tap the icon in the top right that looks like a person with a + (see right). To share a list, open the sharing menu by selecting the sharing icon in the top right of any list youve created.
